As may you have already discovered, COVID-19 has made attending 12 Step Meetings in a traditional way all but impossible. As a service to the Recovering Community in the Greater Southbury Area, here's a current list of 12 Step Online Virtual Meetings. In most cases the meetings are being held through Zoom video conferencing. In other cases you can simply dial in with a phone for an audio only experience. No special software is required for the end user.
Zoom decided that all meetings now must have a Passcode or everyone gets put in a "waiting room."
We've updated our big list of Southbury area Zoom meetings to include the Passcodes. For most of the meetings, the links have the Passcode embedded in the link. For meetings that do not have either a Passcode or Waiting Room enabled by September 27th, Zoom will automatically enable a Waiting Room. Please let me know if you have any trouble accessing these meetings. If you attend other AA Zoom meetings that you have trouble accessing you will have to contact the host of those meetings to get the Passcode.
